This Privacy Policy explains how Taktika AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.
We collect: (a) Account data: name, email, organization, role; (b) Usage data: match video uploads, player statistics, tactical analysis, interaction logs; (c) Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, cookies. Match and player data are processed on your behalf, you remain the data controller.
We use your data to: provide and improve the AI analysis service, generate match reports and player profiles, develop new features, send service notifications and updates, ensure security and prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only: (a) with your consent; (b) with service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing) under strict confidentiality agreements; (c) when required by law or court order; (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. All third-party processors are GDPR-compliant and bound by Data Processing Agreements.
We implement industry-standard security measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, regular security audits, employee training, incident response plan. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, UU PDP Indonesia), you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), export data in a portable format, object to processing, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Match and player data is retained per your subscription agreement.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
