Taktika AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered football intelligence platform that helps clubs analyze matches, evaluate performance, discover talent, and optimize recruitment. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any Taktika AI service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may use Taktika AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the service under parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, scraping, reselling access, uploading malicious content, or using the service to violate any law.
All content, software, algorithms, design, logos, and trademarks on Taktika AI are the exclusive property of Taktika OS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Match data, player profiles, and analytics generated by the platform remain the property of the respective club, subject to our right to use aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, keep account credentials secure, promptly notify us of unauthorized access, ensure data uploaded (video, statistics, player info) is legally obtained with proper consent, and comply with all applicable laws including data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
Taktika AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results are always accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taktika OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or match outcomes, arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Taktika AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
